Non-Destructive Trenchless Pipe Repair | Detect & Repair Water Leaks Below Slab | Detect & Repair Sewer Leaks Below Slab | Drain Line Camera Inspection | Plumbing Testing For Foundation Evaluation

Homes and businesses in North Texas are very often subject to unstable soil conditions that are all too common in this region. These problems are only amplified by leaking water and sewer systems, and combined can be a detrimental concoction for your foundation, costing thousands in foundation repair and restoration of your home or business. Along with soil conditions, drainage and root intrusion, sub-slab plumbing leaks are a leading contributor to cracking walls, buckling floors and over all, a failing foundation. If you are experiencing these types of problems with your home or business, a thorough checkup of your underground plumbing may be necessary to avoid continuous slab movement or to rule out plumbing leaks as a culprit of your shifty foundation.

There are several factors that can lead to leaking or failing pipes. Ground or slab movement can apply major force to underground plumbing causing breaks or leaks. Increases in chemicals and chloramines added to the water supply from municipal water treatment systems has sped up the erosion of copper water lines from within. Chloramines etch away at copper piping, causing copper pipe pinhole leaks to occur in systems as little as five to ten years old. Homes or buildings built before the mid 70's most likely contain cast-iron or clay sewer lines. Pipes made of these type materials deteriorate and calcify causing major slab and drainage issues. Again, all of these plumbing factors directly contribute to foundation problems.

We are specialized in diagnostic testing of the domestic water system and sanitary sewer system for foundation evaluation. We can determine the exact location of sub-slab plumbing leaks and the amount of fluid lost beneath the slab during normal use conditions. Detailed analysis (reports, diagrams, etc.) and fixed cost proposals for repair are provided to customer upon completion of diagnostic slab leak testing. We also offer cast-in-place epoxy pipe repair as an alternative to traditional excavation, eliminating extensive and costly destruction, excavation and restoration.
