The future of residential pipe repair is in Non-Destructive Trenchless Technology. Accurate Leak & Line secures the technology to structurally Re-Line pipe systems from within the pipe, eliminating extensive and costly destruction, excavation and restoration. Resin formulas are custom specified to meet your specialized requirements. The structural strength of the liner enhances the strength of the host pipe and acts as a stand-alone pipe, meeting or exceeding ASTM D790.
No destruction to your landscape and very little disruption of your normal routine, resulting in significant cost savings over other methods such as sewer replacement. CIPP restores structural integrity, prevents root intrusion and increases flow capacity.
Trenchless technology has created an alternative to sewer drain replacement commonly referred to as Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP). CIPP is where a pipe is created "within the existing pipe" with special epoxy resins creating the structural strength of new pipes without damage to structures, floors or landscaping.
Accurate Leak & Line specializes, in the 'pull-in-place' (PIP) method of trenchless pipe repair, where the liner is pulled into position where need, filled with epoxy, cured into place and then the job is complete. The greatest advantage to this pipe leak repair method is that we can structurally epoxy line multiple angles and provides the option of only lining the area in need of repair.
Accurate Leak & Line does NOT have to line entire length of the pipe from the point of entry to the point or needed repair which means significant cost savings and flexibility. The other most common method of CIP lining is Inversion, which is a less innovative method that is very limited in functionality.
A crucial transition has been the adoption of "inside" underground lining applications for repairs to "outside" pipes where, in the past, those repairs were managed as external trenchless repairs requiring external solutions. CIPP restoration is a non-invasive procedure that uses epoxy inside a liner to create a structurally permanent pipe inside deteriorated host piping systems, and can span missing sections of pipe. CIPP is a permanent solution for copper pipe repair, blockages, root intrusion, calcium build-up, water damage, mold, sewer backups, and increases flow capacity.
Trenchless, sanitary and storm line repairs below ground involve insertion of an epoxy soaked, felt-lined bladder into a cleaned pipe. The bladder is inflated, and then removed after the epoxy cures, leaving in its place a structurally better-than-new pipe. CIPP lining solutions, a repiping alternative, that were previously considered an 'outside' or external repair method are commonly used today as a solution for restoring 'inside' or internal infrastructure.
